What are your hours?
Monday-Wednesday: Closed, Thursday: 6pm-9pm, Friday: 5pm-9pm Saturday: 2pm-10pm, Sunday: 1pm-6pm
Are children allowed?
Provided they are accompanied, supervised by a responsible adult and are well behaved, children are allowed. Please keep in mind that not all patrons appreciate having children around, some might even by trying to get away from their kids for a couple hours.
Do you allow dogs?
We love dogs, and they are welcome at the Meadery as long as they are well-behaved and on a leash.
Are your meads Gluten free?
Yes. Meads are naturally gluten free. We take it a step further and don’t add any chemicals during our process so no sulfite headaches!
Do you offer food?
We offer a few light snacks like chips, pretzels, and beef jerky on a regular basis. We allow any food to be brought in and feel free to have food delivered. We also have food trucks from time to time for more info check out our Facebook page.
What Meads are currently available?
You can check out the Meads and Cysers we currently have on tap by following us on social media (including Untappd), sending us an email, or just and stop by the taproom and see for yourself.
Can I bring my own growler to have filled at the brewery?
Yes. We currently have 32oz and 64oz growlers for sale but will fill one you bring in as long as it has the government warning on it.
What is your parking availability?
We have parking in front of our building as well as behind and down the hill.
Who distributes your Mead?
Savannah Distribution. If you own a bar or restaurant and are interested in having Viking Alchemist on draft or in bottles please contact a Savannah rep or email Ben and bcoffee@vikingalchemist.com
I really enjoyed (insert Mead name here). Is there a way to find out if any bars or restaurants near me have it on tap?
You can shoot us an email at sales@vikingalchemist.com or grab some of our bottles to go so you can enjoy them at home. You can also check out our locations map.
Are your meads kosher?
No.
Can you ship Mead to me?
Yes, we currently use Vinoshipper which allows to ship to 40+ states currently.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Are you hiring?

Is the Meadery wheelchair accessible?
Yes we are and welcome you to our mead hall. If you have a special need or request please feel free to reach out.
I’m a collector. Can you send me your bottles, cans, stickers or labels?
We label our bottles and cans post-production and only keep stock of what we need at that time. Should this change, we may decide to add some of our labels to our online store.
Do you do private events? Tours?
Yes. Well sort of, if your event can be scheduled during our off hours we are happy to accommodate. Or if you are ok with us just blocking out a section during our open hours we can make that work. If you have some creative variation just reach out and we can talk about it, we are pretty flexible and easy going.
Do you sell your tap handles?
Not at this time, but that doesn't mean we won't in the future.
